Day 2 - keeping it going

Woke up at 7am this morning feeling refreshed and not sore. So for all of you who told me i wouldn't be able to move today, suck it lol.

on  the other hand, i know that this also means that i didnt work hard enough last night. So my plans for today are.


  1. work
  2. breakfast
  3. work
  4. lunch
  5. work
  6. dinner
  7. situps and pushup, etc at home today unless i can convince the wife to do the gym 2 days in a row
  8. sleep
